Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction

Please join us for an evening of guided mindfulness meditation practices from the world renowned Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program (MBSR) developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn. This program is ideal for graduates of the MBSR program, as well as those individuals who are interested in learning more about the type of practices used in the MBSR program. There will be an opportunity to ask questions and discuss your experience with the practices at the end of the evening. The evening will include: Guided sitting meditation Gentle mindful stretching Walking meditation Guided body scan meditation Register for one evening or all three!
