Join Hallmark Health System for the Sixth Annual Women and Heart Disease Seminar (in recognition of National Red Dress Day) on Saturday, Feb. 4 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Montvale Plaza, 54 Montvale Ave. in Stoneham. Registration begins at 9:30 a.m.
The event will include lectures on women’s heart health from Dr. Erica Brooks and stroke from Dr. Steven Sbardella. Information on nutrition, stress management, breast health and diabetes will also be presented and free Body Mass Index (BMI) and blood pressure screenings will be offered.

The first 60 people to register will receive free CPR training and raffle prizes will be given out throughout the day.
