FIRE LOG: Stoneham Firefighters Handle Nearly 80 Calls for Service

handled 78 calls for service, up two from the previous week, from April 23-29.
Nearly half of the calls fielded by the department were for aid requests (32 calls), followed by box alarms (10) and motor vehicle crashes with personal injury and medical aid with eight apiece.
April 29 was the busiest day for firefighters, as they handled 16 calls for service.
