Five Things You Need to Know Today: June 3

1. It's a beautiful day: Today is expected to be mostly sunny with temperatures reaching a high of 66 degrees, according to The National Weather Service's forecast for Stoneham. Winds may top out at 20 miles per hour, with some gusts reaching 30 miles per hour. Temperatures are expected to dip slightly in the evening to about 50 degrees, with winds of 7-11 miles per hour. 

2. Love blogging? We're looking for some unpaid bloggers who either live or work in Stoneham to contribute blogs to our new "Local Voices" section which launched today. We'd love to have folks passionate about writing on various localized topics such as cooking, fashion, fitness, high school sports and the outdoors. We'd prefer bloggers who can contribute one blog with photo(s) per week.
