Five Things You Need to Know Today: June 9

1. Play time! "Girls Night: The Musical" kicks off at 7:30 p.m. at , 395 Main St. For more information, contact the Box Office at 781-279-2200.

2. Music anyone? There is live entertainment scheduled for 8:30 p.m. at , 215 Broadway, Lynnfield.

3. Taming pain: Amy Lord of Mystic Valley Elder Services is expected to talk with seniors about the different ways to manage chronic illnesses from 9:30 a.m.-noon at the Stoneham Senior Center, 136 Elm St.

4. Let us hear a story:  will provide children ages 3 1/2 and older with a storytime program and the opportunity to make simple crafts from 10:30-11:15 a.m. in the Children's Room. The program is free and open to the public.
