Five Things You Need to Know Today: May 6

1. Dance the night away: The Purpose School's is scheduled for 7-10 p.m. at the Hilton Hotel, 2 Forbes Road, Woburn. A 50/50 raffle and auction are just some of the activities planned for the evening. Tickets cost $25 per person and all proceeds go to benefit the enrichment programs offered by the Purpose School.

2. The grand finale: Don't forget to check out part two of our two-part "Viewfinder" photo gallery at 1 p.m. put on its final performance of the hit musical "Guys and Dolls" Thursday night at the Middle School.

3. Jazz up the joint: Wakefield-based , 397 Main St., is expected to have live jazz performed from 6:30-9:30 p.m. While there isn't a cover charge, patrons do have to spend a minimum of $10 on a meal.

4. Bravo! is slated to be performed at 8 p.m. at the . The play is about Peggy Sawyer, a small town chorus girl who gets the opportunity to show what she can do on stage after the star of the show breaks an ankle.
