Foundation Trust Grants Available to Stoneham Nonprofits

Letters of Inquiry Due March 5, 2020

The Foundation Trust is pleased to announce that Stoneham has been selected as one of three Massachusetts communities eligible to apply for funding through its 2020 grant cycle. Nonprofit organizations as well as city-run programs that are entirely for public benefit (e.g., libraries, historical societies, youth enrichment programs) are eligible to apply.

Dr. Joseph Spinazzola, Executive Director of the Foundation Trust comments “in 2019, the Foundation Trust provided over $300,000 in grants and scholarships to local communities. We’re thrilled to expand our geographic reach to include Stoneham in 2020 and can’t wait to see the impactful programs that are being planned for the coming year.”

Foundation Trust grants can support program infrastructure, operations, initiative seeding, program expansion or evaluation in one or more of the Foundation Trust funding tracks: overcoming trauma and adversity, empowering at-risk youth and communities, restoring dignity and quality of care for adults living with chronic conditions, and advancing inclusivity in the arts.
