Help Stone Zoo Celebrate 2 Birthdays ... and That Means Cake Too

Is it too early to look ahead to next weekend? We didn't think so.

Next Saturday at Stone Zoo father and son white-cheeked gibbons, Kien and Paddy, are celebrating their 16th and 6th birthday. Between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. the first 200 zoo guests to arrive at the Treetops and Riverbeds exhibit can have a piece of complimentary birthday cake provided by Montilio's Baking Company. And be sure to sign Kien and Paddy’s giant birthday card. In addition to the cake, Stonyfield will be there with free samples of YoKids yogurt.

Kien and Paddy are native to Southeast Asia but if you want to learn more, be there at 11:30 to hear about the gibbons from Stone's zookeepers.

Stone Zoo opens at 10 a.m. and admission is $16.95 for adults, $11.95 for children 2-12 and free for children under 2.
