It was awesome to see the Main Street Islands being planted today, and they do look dynamite! Early next week lighting will be installed and then they will be mulched. I believe that additional planting will also go in in the Fall as well.
We still have a couple of sponsorships available on Main Street. It's a "screaming bargain;" eight sponsorships total at $1,000 annually. This includes recognition and a link from the Town web site. A sign with your company name will also be placed on the island. For more information contact Erin at the Board of Selectmen's office.
