Havican contributes her individual success to her high school coach and club soccer coach for helping her develop into the player she is today.

Havican also attributes her success to her family, her team and her work ethic.

"I am also a successful player because of my family. My parents always attend my games and my sister has taught me all the soccer skills she has learned," Havican said. "Also, I cross train and that has given me speed and agility.

"All the girls on the soccer team always support each other. We work hard all the time, but we also have fun in doing that."

Havican discussed the things the team must do regularly to play at a high level and a top the Middlesex League.

"I think we must continue to train hard and never forget our love of the game," Havican said. "If we continue playing the way we have been, we will continue to be ranked very high as one of the top teams in the state."
