Murphy Named Business Development Officer at Stoneham Bank
Murphy has been recognized with awards for Top Teller Sales, Customer Service Excellence and the President's Award in 2007.

StonehamBank Executive Vice President Edward F. Doherty recently announced that Assistant Treasurer Christine Murphy, formerly the StonehamBank Montvale Branch Manager, has been appointed a Business Development Officer, working with the Business Development team led by Business Development Officer/Manager Christopher Macomber.
“Christine has been here at StonehamBank for more than twelve years,” notes Doherty, “and as a Stoneham resident of many years, she has deep roots here and a vast number of connections that make her a perfect fit for this position.”

Mrs. Murphy began her career at StonehamBank as a part time teller and night supervisor in 2003 and in May, 2006, was appointed the Assistant Branch Manager. She took on the role of Branch Manager in October of 2006, where she served until her recent promotion to Business Development Officer.
During her tenure at StonehamBank, Mrs. Murphy has been recognized with awards for Top Teller Sales, Customer Service Excellence and the President’s Award in 2007.

Mrs. Murphy, who currently resides in Woburn, is on the Stoneham Rotary Club Board of Directors and actively involved in the Stoneham Boys and Girls Club and the Stoneham Substance Abuse Coalition.
