PHOTOS: Spartans, Wildcats End in a Scoreless Draw [VIDEO]

The Stoneham High School boys' soccer team played at a high level but couldn't put the ball on net before finishing in a 0-0 draw with Wilmington High Thursday afternoon in Wilmington.

The boys' soccer team dictated tempo on offense all afternoon, kept its energy at a high level until game's end and created the majority of the scoring chances against host Wilmington on Thursday.

And yet, the Spartans left with the exact same result as the Wildcats as the teams played to a 0-0 draw and added one point to their respective resumes in the .

While head coach Jim Carino's charges were frustrated they couldn't earn the win despite controlling offensive play, they were also happy to leave with one point.
