With the , Jim McIntyre was sworn in as 's new police chief Thursday afternoon at the Town Hall Auditorium. The event included music performed by the Irish American Police Officers Association's pipes and drums and speeches by David Ragucci, Lieutenant Detective Richard McCarthy and a swearing in ceremony led by Maria Sagarino.
