Stoneham Police Log: Officers Handle Calls for a Fire Hydrant Knocked Over; Loud Group at South School Playground

Nov. 19

@11:56 a.m.: Police respond to Hill Court for a report of a hydrant knocked over. The DPW call person was notified.

@4:55 p.m.: Police called to William Street on a report of kids throwing rocks in the area, but they were gone on arrival.

@7:30 p.m.: Police called to Cedar Avenue on a report of a minor motor vehicle accident. While the driver of a vehicle was turning around in the homeowner's driveway, they hit one of the man's vehicles. The suspect was still on scene when police arrived. No arrest reported.

Nov. 20

@12:24 a.m.: Police respond to South Elementary School on a noise complaint. A large group of kids were found at the playground and two of them were removed from the property. No arrests made.

@8:49 a.m.: Police called to Montvale Avenue on a report of a man knocking on doors. The man was told to stop knocking on doors in the area.
