POLICE LOG: Did a Fallen Limb From a Town Tree Cause Damage to a Vehicle?

At 9:58 a.m. April 27, Stoneham police were called to Governor Road for a report of a limb from a town tree that fell onto a vehicle. The vehicle's owner claimed the limb caused damage to the vehicle. Police to investigate the property damage claim.

@9:59 a.m.: Police respond to the area of Main Street and Montvale Avenue for a report of a two-car accident. No one was injured. A vehicle was towed from the scene.

@2:35 p.m.: Police received a call from a Ledgewood Drive resident about three unauthorized credit card charges. The charges occurred out of state. Log entry only.

@3:50 p.m.: Police respond to Montvale Avenue on a report of a mulch fire. The fire was put out using water on board.

@4:07 p.m.: Police called to Citation Avenue on a report of a possible past assault. Police to investigate.

@7:36 a.m.: Police called to Franklin Street for a report of a motor vehicle crash. No one was injured, and no vehicles were towed from the scene.

@9:23 a.m.: Police respond to Pearl Street for a report of a group of kids ringing a resident's doorbell and yelling at them. Police checked the area, but were unable to locate the kids.

@12:14 p.m.: Police respond to a Main Street on a report of vandalism to a resident's window. Police to investigate.

@12:21 p.m.: Police called to a Franklin Street apartment complex for a report of a person trapped in an elevator. The person was freed successfully.
