POLICE LOG: Elderly Stoneham Man Injured in Rollover Accident

At 12:10 p.m. June 7, Stoneham police were called to the area of Berkley Street and Evans Road for a report of a motor vehicle crash. The caller reported a motor vehicle rollover with entrapment. DPW was notified for Berkley Street sign and a town tree down. The tree landed on private property and was to be cut by a tree warden for public safety reasons. The injured driver, a 93-year-old Stoneham man, was transported to Lahey Clinic in Burlington for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries, according to . One vehicle was towed.

June 7

@3:07 a.m.: Police called to Evans Road for a report of vandalism. 

@7:30 a.m.: Police responded to Arnold Road for a report of vehicular vandalism. The caller told police that the driver's-side mirror was smashed off the car.

@4:14 p.m.: Police responded to Woodland Road for a report of a past breaking and entering. The caller reported a patient's locker was broken into and cash was stolen.

@5:14 p.m.: Police called to the area of Graystone Road and Main Street for a report of a two-car accident. No injuries or tows reported.

@5:34 p.m.: Police responded to Summer Street on a report of a past breaking and entering. The caller reported someone broke into her home.

@10:41 p.m.: Police responded to Duncklee Avenue for a report of a past hit and run. A summons was sought.

@9:18 a.m.: Police called to Pond Street on a report of a motor vehicle that crashed into a hydrant.
