POLICE LOG: Female Walkers Report Seeing a Naked Man on Woodland Road

At 10:26 a.m. April 15, Stoneham police responded to Woodland Road on a report of a suspicious person. Female walkers in the area claimed to see a naked man in his 40s or 50s in the roadway. State Police were notified and expected to handle the investigation. The man wasn't reportedly found.

@9:50 a.m.: Police called to Curve Road for a report of vehicle vandalism. Police to investigate.
@2:41 p.m.: Police respond to Sparhawk for a report of motor vehicle racing. The caller complained about the way the drivers were operating their vehicles. Police warned the drivers about children playing in the area and to drive their vehicles safely. No arrests made.

@4:08 p.m.: Police called to Benton Street for a report of a domestic. Jason Docanto, 24, of 7 Benton St., Stoneham, was arrested and charged with assault and battery.
April 16
@9:54 a.m.: Police respond to the on Main Street for a report of a counterfeit $5. Police to investigate.
@10:54 a.m.: Police called to Pleasant Street for a report of a sewer back-up. DPW callman notified.
@6:09 p.m.: Police respond to the area of Maple and Wright Streets for a two-car accident. No one was reportedly injured.
April 17
@1:29 p.m.: Police called to a Franklin Street apartment complex for a report of an elevator entrapment. The two people trapped were freed.
@2:23 p.m.: Wilmington police recovered a stolen license plate that was reportedly taken from a vehicle parked on Main Street in Stoneham.
@2:39 p.m.: Police made a motor vehicle stop on Main Street. Travis Milan, of 177 Old Cambridge Road, Woburn, was arrested on warrants charging him with felony nighttime breaking and entering felony daytime breaking and entering and larceny over $250.
@4:37 p.m.: Police respond to Woodland Road on a report of a in the area of High Service Reservoir. The Department of Conservation and Recreation was notified and en route. Wakefield fire covered the station. Stoneham firefighters battled blaze until evening hours and returned the following day to tend to it. No one was injured during the 7-8 acres brush fire, according to Stoneham Fire Chief Joseph Rolli.
@5:04 p.m.: Police called to Kays Road for a report of fraudulent use of a debit card. Police to investigate.
@8:23 p.m.: Police respond to Woodland Road for a report of a motor vehicle accident. One motorcycle crashed, but no one was injured, according to a State Police trooper.
@8:44 p.m.: Police called to the area of on Main Street for a report of kids causing a disturbance by blowing horns. The kids were gone on arrival.
April 18
@8:04 a.m.: Police called to Woodland Road on a report of an outside fire at High Service Reservoir. Fire was extinguished.
@8:52 a.m.: Police called to a Main Street apartment on a report of stolen mail. Police to investigate.
@6:53 p.m.: Police respond to Middlesex Fells Reservation on a report of gunshots in the area. The caller reported hearing multiple gun shots near the parking lot on the right in the reservation. The eyewitness said the sounds may have come from the Fallon Road side of the reservation. State Police were notified. Nothing was found in the area and the report was unfounded.
@10:26 p.m.: The victim in a hit-and-run accident told officers that a black Maxima hit his vehicle in the area of Pomeworth and Washington Streets. The suspect vehicle fled toward Melrose. Officers were tied up and unable to respond immediately. Police to investigate.
