Police Log: Fence Vandalized on Cabot Road in Stoneham

At 7:22 a.m. Aug. 25, Stoneham police responded to Cabot Road on a report of vandalism. The homeowner reported his fence was kicked down sometime overnight, according to police. Police to file a report.

@8:51 a.m.: Police called to Main Street for a report of solicitors in a parking lot. No solicitors located by police.

@3:24 p.m.: Police responded to for a report of a larceny. A woman's purse was stolen from a locker, according to police. A report was taken.

@8:49 p.m.: Police called to the area of Franklin and Summer Streets on a report of two kids soliciting. No arrests noted in the police log entry.
