POLICE LOG: GPS, iPod, Coach Sunglasses Stolen from Vehicle in Stoneham

At 12:13 a.m. Aug. 16, Stoneham police were called to Stonewood Avenue for a report of a past breaking and entering. The caller told police that their GPS, iPod and Coach sunglasses were stolen from their unlocked vehicle. A report was taken.

Aug. 16

@7:40 a.m.: Police responded to Maple Street for a report of a two-car crash with no injuries. No tows recorded in the log.

@8:21 a.m.: Police responded to North Street for a motor vehicle crash. No injuries or tows noted in the log.

@8:33 a.m.: Police called to Rustic Road on a report of a past breaking and entering into a vehicle. A pair of prescription sunglasses were stolen from the vehicle, according to police. A report was taken.

@9:13 a.m.: Police called to Citation Avenue for a report of a past breaking and entering into a vehicle. The caller reported someone broke into their vehicle sometime overnight. A report was taken.

@9:40 a.m.: Police called to Sparhawk Circle on a report of two past breaking and entering into vehicles. A pair of unlocked vehicles were entered and items were stolen from them, according to police. Police to file a report.

@10:02 a.m.: Police responded to the area of North Border Road and Fellsway West for a report of a minor motor vehicle crash.

@11:29 a.m.: Police responded to the area of Central and Pleasant Street for a report of a car versus a  truck. Stoneham Engine 3 was reportedly hit, but no damage was noted.

@1:36 p.m.: Police called to  for a report of a past hit-and-run in the parking lot. Police took a report.

@4:45 p.m.: Police called to Fieldstone Drive for a report of a past breaking and entering. No items reported stolen, according to the log. A report was taken.

@5:55 p.m.: Police responded to Woodland Road on a report of a past hit-and-run. A report was taken.

@6:41 p.m.: Police called to Buckingham Terrace for a report of a two-car accident. No injuries or tows reported.
