POLICE LOG: Injured Coyote Spotted Near Stevens Recycling Center

At 1:37 p.m. July 2, Stoneham police responded to the Stevens Recycling Center for an animal-related call. The caller told police that a contractor notified him about seeing an injured coyote in the area.

July 1

@11:46 p.m.: Police called to Brookbridge Road on a report of vandalism. The caller reported their vehicle was egged. A sergeant was expected to follow-up.

July 2

@1:38 p.m.: Police called to a Central Street apartment for a report of a larceny. The victim claimed items were missing from the apartment, but declined to file a report.

@1:48 p.m.: Police responded to South Street for a report of vandalism. The caller claimed their vehicle was vandalized. Police to file a report.

July 3

@1:12 p.m.: Police responded to the area of Main and William Streets on a report of a motor vehicle accident. No tows or injuries reported.

@2:38 p.m.: Police called to the area of Pond Street and South Street for a report of a motor vehicle accident. State Police notified. Two patient refusals.

@7:37 p.m.: Police responded to Colonial Park Elementary School for a report of kids on the roof. Police told the kids the school was closed at dusk.
