POLICE LOG: Officers Called to Road Rage Incident on Montvale Avenue

At 2:11 p.m. Aug. 11, Stoneham police responded to Montvale Avenue for a report of a road rage incident. Officers determined no crime had been committed, as it was just a verbal argument between the two drivers involved. The drivers were sent on their way.

@9:14 a.m.: Police received a call from a South Street resident about an unauthorized use of their debit card out of the country. No follow-up conducted by police, as the call was for documentation purposes.
@5:46 p.m.: Police responded to a Franklin Street apartment on a report of a past larceny.

@6:36 p.m.: Police called to Park Terrace Drive for a report of a wire down. The caller reported a transformer explosion and power outage. NSTAR notified.
Aug. 11
@1:18 p.m.: Police responded to Pomeworth Street for a report of two hypodermic needles found in the street. Both items were retrieved.
@9:02 p.m.: Police called to the property following two reports of fireworks being set off at that location. The kids and parents setting off the fireworks were located and had stopped, according to police. They promised to pick up the area the following morning.
