POLICE LOG: Officers Searching for Driver That Hit Lincoln Street Home

At 9:12 p.m. May 28, Stoneham police responded to Lincoln Street for a report of a hit-and-run incident. The homeowner claims someone hit their house with a vehicle and then drove off. No injuries or arrests reported. Police to investigate.

@8:26 a.m.: Police and called to Central Street for a report of an odor of natural gas in the building. No gas was detected inside or outside the building. Alarm activation caused by lack of air movement in the basement. The issue was resolved after the basement was vented. Box alam recalled at 8:37 a.m. 

@2:39 p.m.: Police called to Main Street for a report of a counterfeit bill passed at . The suspect was caught on video. No arrest reported. Police to investigate.

@5:38 p.m.: Police responded to Montvale Avenue on a report of a minor motor vehicle with no injuries or reported damage to vehicles. Insurance paperwork exchanged.
