POLICE LOG: Stoneham Man, Woman Arrested on Warrants

At 7:09 p.m. Aug. 12, Stoneham police responded to a Pleasant Street apartment for a report of multiple warrants. Patrick Hurley, 26, of 68 Pleasant St., Stoneham, was arrested on warrants charging him with possession of a class A substance, subsequent offense, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs and failure to stop for police. Katherine Ruggiero, 35, of 68 Pleasant St., Stoneham, was arrested on a warrant charging her with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

@8:01 a.m.: Police called to Collincote Street for a report of a motor vehicle driving on lawns in the area. The caller reported a dark green four-door sedan driving in the area, possibly over lawns, according to police. Tracks were discovered on lawns on Collincote Street and Cowdry Street. Police were unable to locate the suspect.

@8:53 p.m.: Police responded to Main Street for a report of a compressor fire. The fire was extinguished quickly.
