POLICE LOG: Vehicle Vandalized on Pomeworth Street

At 9:26 p.m. on Feb. 6, Stoneham Police called to Pomeworth Street on a report of vandalism to a motor vehicle. A vehicle's window was reportedly broken. No items were reported stolen. The vehicle's owner was notified. Police to investigate.

@7:30 a.m.: Police respond to a two-car accident in the area of Franklin and Pine Streets. One vehicle was towed from the scene. No injuries reported.
@10:41 a.m.: Police called to Marble Street on a report of a past hit-and-run. The victim claims their vehicle was hit on the right side while turning left into the apartment complex off Marble. The vehicle sustained damage to the right front bumper and fender. The victim was unable to get the suspect's license plate number or driver description, but did describe the suspect's vehicle as being a light colored van-type vehicle, possibly with red trim, and two doors that open outward. Police to investigate.

@2:56 p.m.: Police respond to the area of Royal Street and William Street on a report of a motor vehicle crash into a hydrant. The vehicle was towed from the scene. No injuries reported.
@3:17 p.m.: Police called to the area of Bow and Green Streets for a two-car accident. No injuries reported.
@7:57 p.m.: Police respond to on Main Street for a report of shoplifting. Store security had one person detained. Police to obtain a summons.
