UPDATED: Report: Mother Locates Suicidal Man, Returning Home

Stoneham Police reportedly received a report of a suicidal man possibly armed with a gun Saturday night, according to a Twitter report.

State Police K-9 and trooper with a rifle were called to the area of 15 Garden St.; however, the man may have fled the area, according to Twitter user @NEFirebuff.

The man reportedly has a prior record for assault and battery and drug possesion, according to @NEFirebuff.

Airwing was suggested, but not being used, according to Twitter user @brianjdamico.

The man's mother reportedly located the man and he was returning home around 6 p.m., according to @NEFirebuff.
