Police are searching for a man who allegedly robbed a bank in Wakefield Thursday afternoon, according to police.
Wakefield Police have put out a be-on-the-lookout (BOLO) for a black Honda with Maryland plates (partial plate 5FF), driven by a white male about 6-foot-3, according to radio transmissions.
The man allegedly passed a bank teller a note saying he had a weapon, which was not shown at the time of the incident, according to the scanner report. A dye pack reportedly exploded after the suspect received the money.
