An Action EMS supervisor is reportedly on scene requesting fire to enter Highland Ave ramp. Stoneham Engine 3 is responding. One injured person was backboarded, according to @FirePhoto161. The car is reportedly on its side, he tweeted. We'll provide more details as we receive them.
