Popular local band Scotty and the Gang is preparing for their annual summer concert on May 31 at 7 p.m. Scotty and the Gang will be performing at the Knights of Columbus in Melrose on Main Street, and admission will be $5. The Facebook event for the concert can be found here.
Scotty and the Gang is comprised of Dan Kendricken, Scott Clark, Matt Tagan and Eliot Carduff. They began the band in high school in 2010 and they have been together ever since. After the release of their album "Regrets and Apologies" last year, they went on a brief hiatus but are returning to the stage with their friends from the band Buddy System. Scotty and the Gang will be playing a variety of covers of popular songs as well as their original music at the summer concert.
