The Special Town Meeting is to discuss and vote for the extension of licenses on the current leases expiring on June 30, 2014. The extension of licenses is only being considered by Town Meeting for Cleveland Fence and Montvale Plaza. All other businesses on the Rail Road Right of Way, legally allowed to be there due to holding a lease, must vacate by the expiration date of June 30, 2014.
