Stone Zoo A Vacation Week Gold Medal Idea
Come by Stone Zoo during school vacation week and join in Animalympics.

Combine a week of Winter Olympic viewing with winter school vacation and what do you get? Answer, a perfect time to head to the Stone Zoo.
Swim, climb and roar your way to Stone Zoo for the Animalympics during February school vacation week. Can you hold your breath longer than a river otter (doubtful) or jump farther than a snow leopard (mega doubtful)? Find out how your own athletic abilities compare to those in the animal world. Chat with zookeepers and stop by the education station in the Animal Discovery Center to learn more fun animal facts.
In honor of the ongoing winter games, the Zoo’s animals will be getting into the Olympic spirit as they receive themed enrichment items throughout the week.
