On May 1, 2021, the Stoneham Chamber of Commerce welcomed Boston Health & Wellness
Physical Therapy who recently opened a location at 62 Montvale Avenue Suite Z in Stoneham, MA. Boston Health & Wellness offers Physical Therapy, Personal Training, Yoga, Stretching, Sports Massage, Pilates, Adult Fitness Classes, Injury Prevention, and Run Coaching. Dr. Stefanie Rousselle, PT, DPT, BS, CSCS, RYT and her team constantly aim to provide the highest level of patient care, compassion and professionalism to all of their patients. As an outpatient office and a mobile company, Boston Health & Wellness Physical Therapy caters to individuals looking for a more convenient and personal setting while offering services in their Stoneham location or in the comfort of their patient's homes. Their goal is to ensure all the patients heal quickly, create balance in their life, and develop a healthier lifestyle. Most health insurances are accepted for Physical Therapy & Telehealth PT treatments. Dr. Stefanie has also started the Boston Health & Wellness Running Club that will meet at the Stoneham office every Sunday morning at 9:00AM. The Running Club is for all levels and has many groups including walkers, beginner, intermediate, & advanced runners.
