Submitted by Stoneham Police Department:Police Chief James McIntyre reports the town of Stoneham has declared a Snow Emergency in advance of the blizzard/Winter Storm Juno.The snow emergency and parking ban will be in effect from 4 p.m. Monday through 4 p.m. Wednesday.There is also no trash pickup on Tuesday.The Stoneham Police Department urges residents to call Stoneham Police with any questions or concerns at <a rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank" href>781-483-1212</a>. You should report any power outages to NSTAR at <a rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank" href>800-592-2000</a>
