Stoneham Fire Log: Aid Requests Top the List
Check out the types of calls handled by the Stoneham Fire Department from Aug. 1-7.
The responded to 52 calls for service from Aug. 1-7, down three from the previous week.
Aid requests (27 calls) topped the list, followed by motor vehicle crashes (five) and fire investigations and motor vehicle crashes with personal injury with four calls each. Stoneham firefighters also provided mutual aid to Wakefield Fire Department on Aug. 7.
Aug. 7 was the busiest day for firefighters, as they responded to 13 calls for service.
