Stoneham Firefighters Participate in Fight For Air Climb
Proceeds went to the American Lung Association.

STONEHAM, MA—Stoneham firefighters climbed 42 flights of stairs in full gear to raise money for the American Lung Association.

Firefighters participated in the Fight for Air Climb, a signature event of the association. The event in total has raised more than $40 million to support the association, according to a Stoneham announcement.
Firefighters were tasked with reaching the height of a 42-story skyscraper as fast as they could. Team Stoneham was joined by Melissa Patalano from Melissa's Main Street Bistro in Stoneham.
