At 7:13 p.m. July 20, Woburn police arrested Ross L. Minotti, 42, of 45 Pomeworth St., Stoneham, at the Red Roof Inn on a warrant, according to the police log.
had distributed Minotti's photograph. When Woburn police showed the picture, a hotel employee identified Minotti as a guest.
