A Stoneham man was arrested on a warrant for motor-vehicle offenses Wednesday afternoon in Woburn after a caller reported a road rage incident involving his vehicle, police said.John Dwyer, 63, had a warrant out of Somerville District Court for operation of a motor vehicle with license suspended (subsequent offense) and a license plate violation, according to police.Dwyer was pulled over at about 12:45 p.m. on Campbell Street and subsequently arrested.
