Stoneham Man Indicted By Grand Jury

Charges include trafficking over 36 grams of heroin.

A Stoneham man was indicted by a grand jury according to an announcement by District Attorney Marian Ryan Wednesday.

Andrew Comita, 35, was charged with trafficking over 36 grams of heroin, distribution of a Class A substance, possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance (2 counts), possession of a Class B substance, possession of a Class C substance (2 counts), and possession of a Class E substance (2 counts). The Assistant District Attorney is Nils Lundblad.

These charges are allegations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
