Stoneham Man Pleads Guilty to Cocaine Trafficking
Bedroom search yielded 22.25 grams of cocaine as well as 22 pot brownies.

Stoneham's Shane Corbett, 25, pled guilty in Middlesex Superior Court on Oct. 24 to trafficking over 18 grams of cocaine and possession with intent to distribute a Class C substance according to Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan and Stoneham Chief of Police James McIntyre.
Judge Rosemary Connolly sentenced the defendant to two years to two years and one day in State Prison with six months probation on and after. Judge Connolly also ordered the defendant to consume no drugs or alcohol and to be subject to random screens.
On June 22, 2016, Stoneham Police executed a search warrant on Lincoln Street Extension in Stoneham where the defendant resided. Inside the home, the defendant informed Stoneham Police that a search of his bedroom would result in authorities locating cocaine and marijuana. The search yielded 22.25 grams of cocaine as well as 22 brownies that contained Tetrahydrocannabinols, also known as pot brownies. Stoneham Police discovered paraphernalia indicative of a drug distribution operation including plastic bags, scales, vacuum sealers, razor blades and approximately $1,980 in cash.
