Stoneham Police Log: Barking Dog, Unruly Kids Kept Officers Busy
Check out some of the calls fielded recently by the Stoneham officers.

Here's a snapshot of some of the calls officers from the responded to recently:
July 1
- 11:54 a.m.: Police received a call for a dog barking outside for over an hour on Green Street. The pet's owner took the dog inside and the problem resolved.
- 11:59 a.m.: Police responded to Albion Avenue after a box alarm was triggered. Smoke was reportedly coming from a wall due to a problem with a light fixture so the power was turned off and the resident planned to contact an electrician.
- 9:10 p.m.: Police received a call about kids throwing firecrackers at moving vehicles on Danby Road, but the report was unfounded.
- 10:11 p.m.: Police respond to the Mobil gas station on Main Street for a report of unruly youths bothering customers. An officer spoke with the kids and they moved along.
