Oct. 7

@10:50 a.m.: Police respond to on Main Street for a report of a possible attempted breaking and entering to a locker at the gym. Police to investigate incident.

@3:41 p.m.: Police respond to the area of Elm and High Streets on a report of hypodermic needles found by a passerby. Officer secured the needles and the sitution resolved.

@11:47 p.m.: Police called to Oklahoma Apartments on Main Street on a report from a resident that the front double glass doors to the complex were smashed. Police to investigate incident.

Oct. 8

@6:57 a.m.: Police respond to Spring Street after the caller reportedly heard a loud explosion in the area. Police checked area but found nothing out of order, but did note the power was out. NSTAR notified of the problem.

@9:10 a.m.: Police called to Montvale Avenue on a report that a wallet was found. Police to investigate incident.

@6:39 p.m.: Police respond to on a report a fired employee refusing to leaving the restaurant. Employee and restaurant have settled their differences and the situation resolved.
