Oct. 1
@8:49 a.m.: Police respond to Main Street on a report of a single-car crash. The vehicle hit a wall causing property damage, and the driver and property manager agreed to work the problem out among themselves.

Oct. 2
@11:47 a.m.: Police respond to the Leisure Lanes apartment complex on a report of a suspiciou black SUV backing in behind the building. The driver, Brian Petzke, 43, of 8 Water St., Saugus, was arrested on three warrants charging him with operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

@12:36 a.m.: Police called to Carol Street for a report of kids "hooting and hollering." Issue resolved.
@3:34 a.m.: Police respond to a report of a hit and run on Hancock Street. Two vehicles were damaged. Police are investigating the incident.
@2:16 p.m.: Police called to Oak Street on a report of a building found with a broken window and some spray paint vandalism. The spray paint cans were left at the scene. Police are investigating the incident.
@8:08 p.m.: Police respond to Central Street on a report of a sick raccoon; however, the response was delayed due to call volume and the animal was gone on arrival.
@9:26 p.m.: Police called to Fellsway East and Pond Street area for a report of a scream possibly coming from the woods. All is quiet upon arrival.
