Stoneham Resident Marie Presti Opens Independent Real Estate Firm in Newton

Stoneham's Marie Presti has hung out her own shingle.

The Presti Group, Inc., whose signature orange and blue signs are sprouting on properties throughout the Boston area, is the culmination of Presti’s 15 years in real estate, the last 10 under the umbrella of Realty Executives.

“Over my long real estate career, I’ve generated a very loyal following, a solid brand for myself and a broad referral base,” explained Presti. “The time was right to launch my own company and I am very excited.” Presti prides herself in the relationships she has forged with clients and many have become repeat customers.

Presti said she will still provide the same exacting service to clients —buyers, sellers, and landlords alike—, but will have an unprecedented level of autonomy which will enable even more personalized service.

She is now looking for agents who enjoy working in a collaborative environment to grow her team.
