Stoneham Substance Abuse Coalition- Vigil Planned

Vigil For recovery- Red Ribbon Week

Members of the Stoneham Substance Abuse Coalition presented town employees with Red Ribbons to wear in recognition of Red Ribbon Week which is October 23- 31. The Red Ribbon Campaign promotes drug free communities. The Coalition has planned a Vigil for Recovery which is being held on the Stoneham Common from 6:30-8pm on Sunday October 26th. There will be an opioid overdose training in the town hall from 6:30-7. The Stoneham High School Jazz band will be playing and those attending can light a candle of hope and hear from several speakers on addiction, recovery and the Coalition’s work in Stoneham.
