UNO Concept Restaurant Opening in Redstone Wednesday

An UNO concept restaurant is coming to the Redstone Shopping Center in Stoneham.

UNO Fresco will open Wednesday at 11 a.m. There will be a grand opening ceremony; the first 100 customers will receive a free individual pizza. Scratch cards will also be handed out; prizes include a pizza party for 10 people or free individual pizzas a week for a year.

The company said the concept restaurant will have a "fast-casual" atmosphere. In addition to UNO's traditional pizza menu, the new restaurant will feature salads, flatbreads, grilled paninis, gluten-free bread, beer, and wine.

The restaurant will replace a Baja Fresh that closed in 2012.

UNO Fresco will be similar to UNO Due Go, another concept restaurant in Boston.
