Wakefield Resident Urges Vote For Colarusso, Even If She Can't
In a Letter to the Editor, Wakefield resident supports and defends Caroline Colarusso.

Letter to the Editor from Marcy McCauley:
When I was a young adult my father asked me if I knew why politicians spend so much money. Not being particularly interested or informed, I replied that I did not know. "It's because they don't earn the money they spend" he replied. I have never forgotten that. Every dollar is spent because somebody worked for it.
The residents of Stoneham have another opportunity to vote for a candidate for Selectwoman that cares that you earned every dollar spent by your town. That candidate is Caroline Colarusso.

I am writing because I read in the Stoneham Patch that Caroline was accused of lacking respect for the Selectmen process by the Chairman George Seibold. I know Caroline and admire her integrity and values. This didn't sound like the Caroline Colarusso I know. I sought out and watched the Selectmen meetings on Stoneham public TV so that I could see this bad behavior for myself. I looked for the disrespect but witnessed the complete opposite. I saw a public servant that has great concern for the taxpayers she serves. She simply and respectfully asked how your tax dollars are spent. I was able to vote for Caroline to represent me as State Committee Woman. You are able to vote for her to be your voice in your own town. I am a little jealous to be honest.
Transparency is a good thing. All the best to the residents of Stoneham.
