2 Arrested, 69 Grams Of Heroin Seized In Stoughton Drug Bust: PD
Fortunato Alves and Roosevelt Alves were arrested in Stoughton after police said they found 69 grams of heroin.

STOUGHTON, MA — Two Stoughton men were arrested after police said they found 69 grams of heroin at a drug bust at a Park Street home. On Friday afternoon, Stoughton, Avon and State Police got a warrant and searched a house in the 300 block of Park Street. Along with the heroin, police said they found 40 undisclosed prescription pills.
"The SWAT team moved swiftly into place and carefully breached the home so a safe search of the house could be conducted," Stoughton police said in a statement.
Fortunato Alves, 39, was charged with trafficking heroin greater than 36 grams and possession of a class B substance. Roosevelt Alves, 37, was charged with possession with intent to distribute a class B substance and possession of a counterfeit note.
