Annual St. John's Feast at San John Filarmonica Society

The Annual St. John Feast will be celebrated this weekend at San John Filarmonica Society, 845 Washington St., Stoughton.

On Friday, June 24, dinner will be available for purchase inside the hall from 6 p.m. The variety of dishes will include goat, lobster, T-bone steak, Tripe n Beans and Shrimp Mozambique.

On Saturday, June 25 and Sunday, June 26, traditional Portuguese foods and drinks, along with fried dough, hamburgers, hot dogs and more will be available from different booths in the parking lot.

Mia Silva with Band Faith will perform at  Saturday's event which runs from 6:30 p.m. to 12 a.m. in the parking lot.

On Sunday, there will be entertainment by Nelia & Band, St. John’s Band, Stoughton Folklore Dance group and Marcha de Sao Joao. This event will take place in the parking lot from 12 p.m. to 11 p.m.

All are invited to the celebration.
