Aug. 20 will be the date for the Second Annual Greg Milane Memorial Motorcycle Ride that will benefit Alzheimer’s research, a cause that was close to Milane’s heart.
Milane was killed in an accident on the way home from a benefit ride. He was an Easton resident.

Registration for the ride starts at 10 a.m. at Gold’s Gym on Tosca Drive. At 11 a.m., retired Stoughton police officer and former selectman Joe Pascarelli will lead the riders out of the gym parking lot.
The ride will continue to Easton Point in Newport, R.I., then return to Stoughton for a barbecue dinner at on Rt. 138. The Last Shot and Beantown Energy Drinks are co-sponsors of the fundraiser. For more information, email rideforgreg@gmail.com.
