Level 1: Goal is to give students confidence to run for fun and fitness. Students will try and achieve running a mile by end of session. Jogging, sprinting, stretching, sit ups and various games helping children stay fit and have fun. (Ages 5-10)
Level 2: For children that can run 1 mile confidently and enjoy it. Goal is to try and achieve 2-3 mile runs by end of session. Jogging, sprinting, stretching and plyometrics. (Age 7-and up)
