STOUGHTON, MA — The community is rallying around families who were displaced when a 3-alarm fire ravaged through a multi-family home on Monday. Three GoFundMe pages were set up for the families who lost their homes.

"Unfortunately today on February 25, 2019 the building that Marisa and LJ lived in caught on fire and they lost everything, the GoFundMe for Marisa and LJ reads. "All they have are the clothes on their backs. They just moved into this place less than a year ago and just bought all new furniture and everything. Let’s help them get back on their feet."

As of 6:30 p.m., $4,235 was raised for the family. You can donate here.

"Amanda and Michael's apartment building unexpectedly caught on fire and was deemed a total loss, the GoFundMe set up for the family read. "We are asking friends and family to help raise some money to help them get back on their feet. Any little bit can go a long way! Thank you all for your help, love and support."

"Hello everyone my heart is saddened by the sudden fire that took place at 58 prospect st, Stoughton, Ma," the GoFundMe for Clara's family read. "The home in which my sister Clara, my brother in law Chris and my god daughter Angelina lived. They are all safe, but nothing was able to be recovered from the home and they lost everything. I am asking friends and family to please donate whatever you can to raise money for this family."

Firefighters battled the 3-alarm fire at 58-60 Prospect St., but Monday's heavy winds fed the flames to the point of no repair. When firefighters arrived, smoke was billowing above the roof and began to intensify because of Monday's heavy winds. An evacuation alarm was sounded around 2:45 p.m., ordering all firefighters out of the building. Read more about the fire here.
